Immigration Lawyer

Do you need to file any of the forms below with the United States Custom and Immigration Services (USCIS)?  Or have you already filed any of the forms below and your application is pending and you've been waiting weeks, or in some cases, months, to hear back?

Don't wait until Trump takes office on January 20th, 2025 and replaces the current USCIS staff or, worse yet, initiate policy changes that make it even harder for you to get your immigration paper work taken care of.

While the normal application for many services provided by USCIS may take months, very often, an attorney can speed things up tremendously.  I've had numerous cases that were in limbo, where USCIS informed my clients that their applications would take several months, but were resolved in favor of my clients within days.

In one memorable case, my client had been waiting for over 15 months to get his application approved, only to have his deadline repeatedly pushed back because it was taking longer than initially expected.  However, I was able to get his application approved in less than four days!

Don't delay or wait until things change in January.  Contact my offices today and let me help you resolve your immigration issues.

USCIS Forms

While many of the forms below are easy to fill out, without an attorney representing you, your application goes to the bottom of the list.  Even if you have already filled out one or more of the forms below, having my firm represent you will very often push your application to the top of the list.

Please note that the forms below are only a small fraction of the various forms that I can help you with.  Whatever your immigration needs are, contact the law firm of Newton's Law TX for help.
